How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow up to 3 days for processing and packaging your order. Once it ships you will receive an email with a tracking number for either USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days for delivery) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days for delivery). Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, packages may take 5-7 days to ship, as we try to avoid crowded post office spaces. We are taking extra measures to make sure your items are sanitized before being packaged; we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we want ensure that our customers are receiving safe packages.

Do you accept international orders?

Sorry, we don't accept international orders at this time.

Do your products expire?

Yes, our products are all natural and do not contain preservatives. We recommend the following time frames for products:

Body Butters and Creams: Use within 4-5 months but no longer than 6.

Sugar Scrubs: Use within 1- 1.5 months but no longer than 3.

You can extend the shelf life by keeping the products in the fridge or freezer (recommended if you know you don't use products quickly). Please make sure you properly close your containers between each use and store your products at room temperature if they are not being refrigerated; they will melt in high temperatures. Melting will not spoil shea based body butters but it will alter the texture. Since these products are natural, and some contain edible ingredients (ex: sugar, coconut oil), it is best to stop use immediately if you notice the smell has changed over time or if any irritation occurs.

Are your products vegan/natural?

All of the ingredients in our products are are natural and/or organic and we make everything in small batches ourselves. We do not use any chemicals or synthetic fragrances. At this point in time, we have not incorporated honey or beeswax into any of our products, but may in the future. We will never use dyes or pigments that are derived from animals or insects, lanolin, or other non-vegan ingredients that are produced as a result of the harm or detriment to any animal. Most importantly, we don't test on animals.

I've heard that shea butter and certain oils contain natural SPF? Can I use your body butter in place of sunscreen?

You can use sunscreen on top of our products, but no, shea butter alone will not protect you from UVA/UVB rays and sunburn. We're just here to help you moisturize your skin, so please protect yourselves :)

But--

Always use sunscreen. Even on cloudy days!
